When you place an order with Lilac Lines, you are offering to purchase the digital product shown at checkout at the stated price.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the pattern, size information and product details.

After your order has been accepted and payment successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital download using the email address provided during checkout.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes or charges will be shown as part of the checkout process where required.

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be posted to you.

Our sewing patterns are digital products supplied as downloadable files.

By choosing immediate access at checkout, you expressly consent to the supply of your digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

When you purchase a Lilac Lines sewing pattern, you are purchasing a licence to use the digital pattern. Ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the pattern remains with Lilac Lines.

Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly state otherwise.

You may print copies of the pattern and instructions for your own personal use. You must not copy, reproduce, share, upload, distribute, resell or otherwise make the digital pattern files or instructions available to another person.

Purchasing one copy does not give you permission to share the files with friends, sewing groups or other individuals. Each person wishing to use the pattern should purchase their own copy.

We aim to ensure that the information on our website and in our digital products is accurate and up to date. However, sewing results can vary depending on factors including fabric choice, measurements, printing accuracy, alterations and sewing techniques.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update our website, products and these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
